Expert Guidance
I'm Dr. Grant Jackson, a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with seven years of experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, and pharmacology as it relates to physical function.
Today's healthcare system asks an enormous amount of its clinicians. Rising productivity demands — shorter visit windows, growing documentation burdens, and higher patient volumes — often leave even the most dedicated providers with little time to fully unpack a patient's case or offer the reassurance patients need. This isn't a failure of any individual clinician's care or commitment; it's a structural reality of a system that measures throughput as much as it measures thoroughness. At the same time, as specialties multiply, so does the coordination required between providers. Communicating a full picture across multiple specialists, each working within their own time constraints, is a genuinely hard systems problem — and small discrepancies in a patient's health record are often the predictable result of that complexity, not of anyone's oversight.
Having seen these gaps firsthand, I started this service to offer the thorough, unhurried attention the system often can't accommodate. Specifically, I help patients by:
